Collaborations & Commissions

A small selection of fine-art portraits and figure studies that were done for fun with photographer, Clarissa Bones. The Flesh series spoke of the feminine and was a collaboration between all the models and both photographers. We had a very successful exhibition to promote the work.      

These works sit slightly to the side of the HolyGreenCow narrative, but they were an important part of my practice for many years. There are some band promo shots included for the band Dizzy Gotheca, as well as some personal intimate photos. 

All images shown here are exhibited works or pieces held in public and private collections. The emphasis is on mood and character rather than explicitness.

Context

Much of this work predates the HolyGreenCow series and comes from a period of concentrated portrait and figure practice. The images here are a quiet acknowledgement of that history rather than a comprehensive archive.
